Best Pizza in the world

Hallöchen everybody,

if you are like me – a pizza loving human being, that could eat pizza 24/7 for 365 days a year, you better keep on reading.
I will share my favorite pizza recipe below with you. And the best come last…its even kind of healthy. Okay okay, you needed to wait enough.

You need for the pizza dough:
350g wholegrain flour
1/2 cubic fresh yeast
200ml handwarm water
25g cold pressed olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
40g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon rosemary powder

Add the flour, water, olive oil and yeast into a bowl. Slightly mix it and add the salt (*IMPORTANT* don’t let the salt touch he yeast directly or else the dough won’t get fluffy) cheese, garlic and rosemary powder. Now kneat the dough well. Leave it in the bowl and cover it with a towel and leave it for 1-2h in the bowl. Rather place it on a warm spot. 

…for the pizza tomato sauce:
1 small jar of sieved tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
3 tablespoons of basil powder
1 teaspoon of oregano powder
1 teaspoon of rosemary powder
1 teaspoon of thyme powder
+ salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients together.

…for the topping:
fresh mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, onions, prosciutto, fresh rocket and buffalo mozzarella cheese.

After the dough is done roll it onto a pizza metal plate which you brushed with olive oil and add the tomato sauce. Preheat the oven up to 270 celsius degrees (520 fahrenheit degrees). Insert the pizza dough into the oven for 5 minutes. Remove the pizza dough out of the oven and add the toppings (excluding the prosciutto and fresh rocket). Insert the pizza again into the oven for another 8-10minutes until its nice crispy. Remove it out of the oven again and add the prosciutto and fresh rocket. And viola there you have your masterpiece!
