Blueberry Muffins

Hey my loved ones,

before the summer ends I want to share one of my favorite recipes when it comes to muffins.
As always I promise you it’ll be delicious and easy to make and you won’t need a lot of ingredients for them. So lets get started:

The ingredients you’ll need:
2oog Flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
320g butter
150g sugar
1 bio citron
2 eggs
100g buttermilk
150g frozen blueberries
200g powder sugar
1 vanilla pod
200g cream cheese
125g fresh blueberries (for the optional topping)

1st step you need to do is to preheat the oven to 180°C Over-Under heat.
2nd mix the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt together.
3rd put in a bowl 120g of the soft butter, and the citron-shell to a smooth cream. Add slowly the eggs one after another and add a bit after the other of the flour mix  and buttermilk.
4th add the frozen blueberries. And mix them carefully under the muffin dough.
5th add the dough into the muffin paper-forms and  bake the muffins for 20-30min in the preheated oven.

while the muffins are baking: (optional)

6th put in a separate bowl the rest of the soft butter, powder sugar and vanilla mark and mix them to a soft cream and add the cream cheese. Mix the cream again and add a little citron juice.
7th put the cream on the cooled down muffins and top them with the fresh blueberries.
