sadly the summer is almost over so we need to adjust our healthy habits, because we need to accept the time of fresh raspberries, strawberries or watermelon are over at least when Starbucks is ringing on the Pumpkin Spice Latte Season.
Pumpkins are my absolute favorite about the autumn time and Hokkaido Pumpkins are my absolute favorite when it comes to eatable pumpkins, because you probably know not all pumpkins can be eaten.
Pumpkin Fruits are also a good deliverer of antioxidants and vitamins, such as of the B-complex group of vitamins like folates, niacin, vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine), thiamin and pantothenic acid.
Hokkaido Pumpkin are a real vitamin bombs.
The healing effects of Hokkaido pumpkin are amazing. It helps to heal diseases of the pancreas, spleen and stomach problems, but it also helps you ease disorders of kidneys and heart problems.
Even if you got diabetis it is very suitable for your diet. It got a low energy content, high contents of fibre and detoxifying effect.
